I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with the bonus of a balcony offering views of snow-capped mountains from both the balcony and an opposite window. However, there was a lack of storage space for a winter resort hotel. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and efficient staff who were always ready to assist with anything needed, from restaurant recommendations to bike rentals. The location exceeded my expectations with its beautiful park setting and great views, although some areas felt a bit small for the size of the hotel. The dining experience was of high quality overall, though there were some issues with food not being promptly refilled at the buffet. The facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, were some of the best I've seen in a while. Wi-Fi was not included in the price, which was a slight downside.

The hotel is discreet from the outside, located away from the other resort buildings. The separate saunas for ladies and men were a nice touch.

The facilities were great, but the extremly small size for the hotel's capacity was noticeable.
